What are the staged conversion forms of Shanterups power supply?

The online form of green dormancy poses a new challenge to the skill design of UPS, that is, the question of hierarchical transformation. Traditional "power optimization" or "bypass priority" skills have always been unable to deal with the "power optimization" but the conversion time is too long (beyond 10ms), or the conversion time is improved but the "power can not be optimized" (only 96-97%). As a result, the reliability and stability of UPS operation in this form is not high, and the load of the computer room is always in the hidden concern of the risk of power supply interruption.

Unlike the traditional processing scheme, the sleeping skills chosen by Eaton, a diversified power management company, are integrated with the new development of power electronics skills through the multi-DSP technology architecture and the introduction of excellent cloud computing skills concept. The organic consistency of system power, conversion time and conversion security is achieved, which greatly improves UPS's sleeping status and "sleeping" to "waking up". Energy-saving power in the process of operation conversion and high reliability are guaranteed.

Rational use of Shante UPS power supply to increase power

Uninterruptible Power System (UPS) is a constant voltage and constant frequency uninterruptible power supply with energy storage equipment and inverter as its main component. UPS power supply plays an important role in protecting your data and equipment from harm. Therefore, it is important to use and protect UPS accurately. Many users are limited to the notes in the product description. Originally, reasonable protection and use of UPS is the requirement throughout the whole life cycle of UPS. In order to ensure its normal operation and extend its service life, attention should be paid to the following aspects in operation and protection:

      1. Reasonable selection of device orientation

A good location of the device is very important. It is necessary for the place where UPS is placed to have outstanding ventilation function. It is necessary to keep away from water, flammable gases and corrosives. The ambient temperature should be between 0 and 40 C. If UPS is disassembled and installed at low temperature, there may be a phenomenon of water droplet condensation. Once the ambient temperature exceeds 25 degrees, the battery life will be reduced by half for every 10 degrees increase. Currently, UPS batteries are usually unprotected sealed lead-acid batteries with a planned life of 5 years. Power supply should not be placed side-wise, and the intake and outlet holes should be kept clear; when the load is connected with UPS power supply, the load should be closed first, then wiring, and then turn over the load one by one, so as to prevent rational loads such as electric power and photocopiers from being connected to UPS, so as to avoid damage. When UPS is connected to a special socket with over-current protection equipment, the power socket used should be connected to the protection ground end; whether the input power line penetrates into the market outlet or not, the output of UPS may be live. In order to make UPS output-free, it is necessary to turn off the switch first, and then cancel the power supply.

      2. Start-up and shut-down sequence when using UPS

Accurate turn-on sequence should first turn on UPS to supply power to it, and then turn on each load, so as to avoid the harm caused by the instantaneous current impact on UPS at start-up. On the contrary, the turn-off sequence should first close all loads and finally close UPS. When power supply is stopped by UPS, the data and materials of UPS should be reserved and the computer should be closed. Otherwise, the operation with UPS power supply may cause excessive discharge of UPS, and then shorten the service life of UPS.

      3. Tips for initial charging

After the new UPS power supply is installed, UPS should be pierced into 220V city power grid, charging less than 12 hours to ensure that the battery is fully charged. Otherwise, the actual available capacity of the battery will be much lower than the nominal capacity of the battery. If UPS power supply is not used for a long time. It should be started 24 hours every 2-3 months to make the battery fully charged and keep the UPS power supply in the operation condition of inverters for 2-3 minutes to ensure the normal life of the battery. Once the UPS power supply is connected to the market, the battery is charged at the beginning, and the inverter is turned on by pressing the boot button for more than 1 second.

      4. Avoid overload and use UPS

When using UPS, we should also calculate the size of the load, to avoid overload or too small load, too large load will make UPS work in overload condition for a long time and then shorten the service life of UPS; if the load is too small, the operation circuit of UPS will work in abnormal condition for a long time, which is also bound to be harmful to UPS.

Reasonable load should be controlled between 50% and 80%. Practice has proved that the output load control of UPS at 60% is excellent and reliable. When UPS is overloaded or the inverter fails, it will turn to bypass mode. At this moment, UPS has no backup function. The power used by the load is supplied directly through the power system.

      5. Battery Balanced Charging Tips

Many VRLA batteries used in UPS power supply are called unprotected batteries from the beginning, which gives users a misunderstanding as if they are used and need no protection. In this misleading way, many users have not been protected and handled since they installed batteries. Batteries in UPS power supply should be charged equally when excessive discharge causes the terminal voltage to be lower than the regular calibration voltage of the battery. For 12V small sealed lead-acid batteries, the discharge calibration voltage is 10.5V; for 24V batteries, the discharge end voltage is 21V; for 96V batteries, the discharge calibration voltage is 85V. The battery was not charged in time after discharge; the unused battery was shelved for a long time. The city power is cut off, the floating batteries are connected, and nearly half of the capacity of the batteries is released. 8. Don't use diesel generators

It is not suitable to supply power by diesel generator, because its frequency often changes abruptly and unsteadily, which affects the normal operation of UPS.

      6. Real-time monitoring

At present, the intelligent UPS has the functions of communication with computer and program control.
